This was my first project with Toptal and I could not be more pleased. The initial interviews were helpful in refining the specifications of what I needed. The selection of potential developers more than met my needs and quickly moved to hiring Syed. His work was exemplary in that he updated the CodeIgniter code and migrated the databases to a new server without incident. A few minor glitches were corrected easily and within a reasonable timeframe. In sum, this was an excellent experience all around.

It has been a great experience. The account managers have made an effort to understand my project and pair me with the required talent. The talent has been outstanding, to say the least. My experience with Toptal was outstanding. The context is that we are an early stage start up in need of an improved pitch deck and initial website. Our Toptal associate, Andreina, craeted a very strong pitch document for us and a website (TraceChain.ai) that is exceptional and has received very positive feedback from partners and customers. Andreina was especially service oriented, willing to connect any time I needed to speak and flexible in adding features on an ongoing basis. It was a 10 out of 10 for us with Toptal and Andreina.

He is very resourceful and always willing to find a way to solve any challenge and special requirement, even when he hasn't faced something similar in the past.

TopTal comes through with the right developer, with the exact skill set when we need. Their vetting process is excellent, it saves me time and money when hiring developers for a project, I've never had one that didn't perform well.

Also if there are issues, our account rep is available to handle them and get to the heart of the problem and find a good solution.

We are a small startup bootstrapping our way to a new software product. I talked to several companies that provide flexible resources similar to Toptal but none had a more obviously well thought out business model and great tools to aid customers in achieving their goals. The best part is they were willing and able to find great resources that fit within our rate restrictions and requirements. Not once but 3 times! I've been in the IT world for many years and dealt with lots of staffing companies with different models. These guys are not a staffing company. Toptal is a solution company that invests heavily in the success of their customers.
