Memories

This exhibit aims to raise awareness about the human stories that lie at the heart of each victim and survivor of terrorism, as well as the long-lasting impact each terrorist attack has on its surviving victims. It is in connection with the International Day of Remembrance and Tribute to the Victims of Terrorism (21 August).

This exhibit is organized by the Global Victims of Terrorism Support Programme of the Counter-Terrorism Center (UNCCT) of the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism (OCT) and endorsed by the UN Office of Counter-Terrorism (OCT).

The Global Peace Flag: Uniting the World

The Global Peace Flag aims to unite the world through art by repurposing fashion waste for a social cause. By transforming discarded garments into canvases, it not only reduces environmental impact but also fosters global unity through creative expression and a shared commitment to social responsibility. The initiative raises awareness of the Sustainable Development Goals in communities around the world.

This exhibit is organized by Runa Ray and endorsed by the UN SDG Action Campaign.

Coming October 2024

Pictures for the Human Rights

This exhibition features 30 pictures in which artists from many countries have interpreted the 30 articles of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights in their own visual language. The exhibit is in connection with Human Rights Day (10 December).

This exhibit is organized by the Pictures for the Human Rights e.V and endorsed by the Permanent Mission of the Federal Republic of Germany to the United Nations.
