Narrative Nightmares: Trilogy of Terror by Aaron Wise (itch.io)
The Forgotten 13 is a short narrative-driven horror story about a freelance reporter working on a missing persons case dating back to 1967.
Your research leads you to a quaint little suburban home in the US where an old lady currently resides. Based on your previous interviews something is off about the old lady, so you decide to pay her a visit.
As a reporter, it is your job to ask questions, gather evidence & try to find out what happened to the 13 people.
The Forgotten 13 features:
- Multiple Endings
- Branching Storyline
- Notebook for Evidence-Gathering
- Small Inventory System
- A Creepy Story
- Questions to ask that aid your investigation
- Interactive Objects
The Forgotten 13's story can be read at your pace with a "click to continue system" in place, meaning you can kick back & enjoy the story without missing a single word.
Remember to refer to your notebook throughout the game to keep track of your notes, & any updates you find along the way.

Thanks!
I feel bad for the sister, the diary mentioning the old woman talking to herself really made me question if there was some demonic involvement. It would explain a lot that happened both in the game and during the diary entries...
Great job on the game!
thanks so much for playing! I really appreciate it
Must always remember to never accept cups of tea!!!
Thanks for playing Derek! Those little old ladies we always hear about being harmless want to kill us I guess.
So it would seem. Oh did you notice my subtle hint about the spelling mistake I found?
