Every quarter, everyone from the adish group gets together for a meeting. At this meeting, the CEO Edo presents the current numbers, statistics and plan for the upcoming years. This is for all adish members to understand the situation of the company and further hold responsibility for their position within the institution. Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, adish has brief morning get-together meetings, where all locations are connected online. On Mondays, the CEO Edo shares his thoughts with the employees regarding the company’s standards and mission. On Wednesdays, the meeting is conducted in English, with the Philippines office also joining us. Fridays are division presentations, where each division takes turns to update the rest of the office on recent topics and events.
