Great step-by-step. Our best practice is to create a new Group Policy
with the changes and attach to domain controller, never, ever do we
modify the Default Domain Policy for changes. Default is default, and we
do not modify it out of the box. Easier for multiple admins to maintain.

the -reconnect option removed since it has been deprecated, and the
product group have confirmed the official guidance of using disconnect
and connect instead.
