I love crocs❤️
Not bad
I love my crocs and the app is fine but lost a star because we can’t adjust our orders if needed before they’re shipped.
Bad service
I’ve been trying to make an order for the past week, everytime i try it, it gets cancelled a few moments later. I did what they asked me to which is very all the information of my credit card and nothing is working with them. I’ve been making purchases from many other stores on the web during that period and it’s being processed without a problem. The worst thing is that my wife made an order using all the same informations that i’m using! If at least they could help me process my order but they don’t even try to help me do it.
