Unfortunately, whenever I click ignore, it appears again after I tap a button in the game. It won't make me proceed at all.  Is there anything I can do to get rid of it?

Hello, is there something wrong with the game or what? I'm playing this game with my two devices and this keeps interrupting. I don't think the problem came from both of my devices. Did something like this occured to others as well and how should I fix this?
