SELOR - A submission of GMTK Game Jam 2023: Roles Rəvərsəd
GOAL - Complete the crossword!
Important: Words starts from the numbered grid, goes right or down, and the word should read reversed ("SELOR", etc.). Refer to the image below!
Also, words are valid (green) as long as they form the correct (reversed) word!
They don't need to have a fixed position and still editable.
Controls
Left Mouse Button: Drag & drop
Right Mouse Button: Pan camera
Note: As a crossword, the grids with numbers in them indicate the start of the corresponding word. Every (reversed) word should read left to right, or up to down.

Minor comments
This is an experimental game. I tried to make some key-item mechanisms and give this weird "wordcrosser" a plot, but I have no idea about how weird it goes lol.

Its fun game, but im 1 letter box short of completing this game, I dont think i can find it anywhere. Still great submision!

it wouldn't let me progress forward from the 1st stage, although I did spell selor
Maybe you can check the description! Basically, you need to let the letter “S” be in the grid with a number on it.

Words cannot share a number. Otherwise, it should work fine I think? xD
if the number is at the bottom and the word goes from bottom to top, should the word be detected?
No, it doesn’t. “Every (reversed) word should read left to right or up to down.”

I love the game, but I'm completely stuck! (SPOILERS)

I can't connect the SSECNIRP/ESOR/SREVOL branch to anything else while still leaving all words complete! There's only one letter of wiggle room, but I need two letters to connect it to any existing path! What am I missing?
You are missing the REDDAL that you have built up before. You can freely move the grids as long as it forms the correct word! Thank you for playing xD
