Last year, after incorporating vlt technology Inc., I began the search for key venture partners & founding team members. Today, I'm thrilled to unveil the exceptional people comprising our core team & the distinguished investors who share our bold vision.

- Isaac Z. Schlueter: creator of
npm, former CEO of npm Inc. & Principal Engineer at GitHub post-acquisition; Previously led the Node.js project. - Darcy Clarke: previously, Staff Engineering Manager for both
npm&ghCLI teams at GitHub, npm Inc. & Co-Founder of Themify; Passionate contributor to OpenJS Foundation projects & standards WGs. - Ruy Adorno: Node.js TSC member & Staff Software Engineer joining directly from Google. Previously, Ruy lead key product ships as part of the
npmCLI team at GitHub, npm Inc. & numerous startups.
We've done this before, supporting the world's largest package manager & packaging ecosystem, contributing to the home of open source. We've found success together & are excited to be working together again.
Our Investors

Our Mission
We care deeply about developer platforms & tooling, which is why we've spent so much time in this space. However, the packaging ecosystem has stagnated & so there is a wealth of opportunity to innovate. Our mission has always been to improve the developer experience, and we're thrilled to be working together on it again.
