The corpse of a young sex worker of the Dildo has been found in the pinewood, dismembered; the pieces hanging from the trees, on each of them a sigil branded by fire.

The remainings have been collected and sent to the morgue where a retired collaborator of the Division works. The marks are not casual and seem part of some old magic. The heart, tongue and genitals of the victim are still missing.

Due to pressure from the mayor, the police are trying to quickly close the case as the work of a madman, who has likely left the city. Something like this at the beginning of the touristic season could be a lethal blow to the fragile economy of the area.

It’s the sunset of a Friday night when the PCs are led into the morgue from a back door by a figure that keeps his face in the shadows, the music from the clubs announces the start of another night-long party.
