Making personalized learning paths for employees at all levels
Minera Chinalco used LinkedIn Learning to build personalized training programmes for their employees ranging from foundational courses to the most complex, these helped to build a wide range of skills such as business management, leadership, problem solving, and communication. This meant that every employee, regardless of their experience could improve their soft skills. Minera Chinalco were able to increase training time by 10 hours per employee, helping them to save costs on potential overtime or extra training events.
