Description
English: Flag of Oslo, Norway. This flag was created to the city anniversary in 2000 and is not approved by the Norwegian government. (Engene, Jan Oskar; "Nytt byflagg for Oslo? Noen kommentarer til tusenårsjubilantens 'særpregete' nye flagg." Nordisk Flaggkontakt 3-2000 pp. 31-33.)

While I found official vectorizations, it turns out that Perhelion's extract is essentially identical to the official AI file, and actually superior to the official SVG file, as well as better optimized than both of them, so I stuck with his version. It also already had the official RGB colors, except for the black, which I changed. Other than that, I updated the vertical positioning of the badge to be the average...
