How do I report possible non-free image?
[edit]I am working on getting Wikidata entries and en newly (newly-ish) created pages synced for the ones that are in the category on en Wikipedia. So, there's the page Urias. The pt Wiki Urias links to this image. Which looks like a professional photo. Now, not saying someone couldn't have taken a professional photo and given the rights to Wikimedia Foundation, but in this case, I'm questioning it because the same photo was uploaded on last.fm on 17 December 2022 by minarecit. It's also pretty prevalent. (Hope that still shows everything - those Google search links are looooong.
Anyway, the image on Commons was uploaded on 17 March 2024 by a Itsfilioo. So, how do I ask for an investigation to be opened into whether the image is allowed to be on Commons?
Thanks in advance for any assistance! OIM20 (talk) 03:55, 12 September 2024 (UTC)
