computer <3
Took me some time to find the song that plays at the end. It's great but doesn't invoke the same enjoyment without playing GENERIC VIDEO TENNIS and experiencing the story before it.
Patricia Taxxon has some other great stuff. I highly recommend checking out her bandcamp!
This was a wonderful game <3 the ending made me very emotional. Great job!
beautiful experience. absolutely loved everything about it <3
Oh my god ive been looking for this for so god damn long, remember playing a couple years back and made me really emotional. Glad to have finally found it again
You made my day! Glad you liked it.
i love the dyalogs
I actually cried at the end, although i'm not sure if it's just me being hypersensitive or if it's the fact that a computer from a videogame has more compassion and honesty in it than most humans i know.
Thanks for playing and for sharing! :)
Are you able to move your racket or not because I can't find a way to do that
its arrows
This is the kind of game I'd love to make some day. I believe if someone has a story to tell, its always worth telling. Thank you for this.
I didn't expect this to make me cry, but it honestly did.
What a genuine and unique experience. Thanks for making this!
oh this is so sweet :) i'm really awful at GENERIC VIDEO TENNIS but this was really nice. it was a really really nice experience
Thank you!
woooow i love this idea
Thanks!
I really really love this a lot, what a brilliant idea. I felt really engrossed throughout the whole thing, it's really just refreshing. Amazing work!!
Thank you!
I came here from your other game 'Click to continue' and. Wow!!!! I really like the story being told here and the way you chose to tell it (both medium and how it was written), as well as the casual comments about the GENERIC VIDEO TENNIS match, which made both characters to seem so genuine...
I've been trying for a while to continue this comment explaining how deeply I felt the game, and even though in the end I didn't find the words I just want to congratulate you on the making of this experience. And thank you for it as well!
Thanks for playing!
You're very good at storytelling! I really liked how I spent time playing and listening to the story. I thought a lot about adding or not adding narration to some of my arcade prototypes and it makes me feel that it's very special when it's done right. Very unique work, well done!
Thanks for playing!
If I had one word to describe this game, it would be... "compassionate".
Holy shit. This. This is the kind of emotional resonance I look for in games. Just, like, the use of mechanics as framing device or narrative to evoke something. I almost got a contact high from this. Much like the "fish factory" sequence from What Remains Of Edith Finch, I just sorta got lost in the monotony of the pong game and just got lost in your story. Something so honest and raw and... vulnerable about it. I started shaking and crying partway through, it brought back a lot of painful memories of some of my own heartbreaks. And I dunno. I think I needed this. I needed to play your game to sort of look at my own life for a bit. Good on you, man. I loved this game. Thank you so much for making it. Yeah. That's it, really. :)
Thanks so much for sharing! It means a lot.
this game is sooo good it made my day.
Thanks!
Your welcome! :)
// edit: The problem was on my end, see my other comment.
In the beginning I thought the long pauses between voice lines were leading to some kind of twist because of the slow CPU talk. I was kinda disappointed that they weren't, because as it is right now it just takes away from the experience and breaks the immersion. At one point there was a pause of what felt like 2-3 minutes and I started wondering whether I was supposed to do something else and tried clicking the buttons on the computer monitor.Other than that, I did enjoy it quite a bit and played through to what I think was the end. The voice acting felt really genuine and got me invested in the story. Truly superb job on that. 👌 I would've never expected anything near as good from some random indie game I found through YouTube.
That long pause sounds like a bug, I'll take a look at it. Thanks for taking the time to play and respond!
Actually, never mind about that. While lying in bed not being able to sleep I randomly realized what was wrong. 😵 I recently disabled hardware acceleration in my browser to fix some other issue. When it's turned on everything works as expected.
Played through it again at the intended speed and I can only say it's a really nicely crafted experience. I hadn't picked up on the computer hanging being intended in my first playthrough. It's a clever touch that really sells that moment. Nicely done. 👏
Glad you enjoyed it. Thanks for playing!
This was really good. Essentially perfect and the voice acting was so genuine.

Thank you!
This was absolutely brilliant. It was funny, sweet, sad, clever...
My favorite color has always been orange and that s*** touched me, man.
I'm telling all my friends about this.
