Your hosting provider can enable or disable this interface for resellers in WHM's Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges interface (WHM >> Home >> Resellers >> Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges).
Overview
This interface allows you to change a database user’s password. Because this feature does not require the old password, it is useful if a user forgets a password or attackers compromise the account.
In cPanel & WHM version 120 and later, we renamed this interface to Change Database User Password and its section in the WHM interface to Database Services.
Change password

Select the user from the MySQL User menu.

Note:-
The system evaluates the password that you enter on a scale of 100 points.
