Velvet Handprints
A downloadable short story for Windows, macOS, Linux, and Android
Back then- those years when the Internet was still new, that era of hyperlinks and visitor counters- the strangest things seemed frightening. Red text on a black background. Blurry, washed out Polaroids. Awkwardly written accounts of mysterious monsters.
Back then, that story seemed like the scariest thing in the world to me. But I'm an adult now. I'm not afraid of urban legends.
I'm not afraid of monsters.
A short Twine story written for Halloween. Rated PG-13 for blood, suggested violence, and horror elements.

the monster gave big gay vibes. so did the mc. loved it
This was one of the best horror stories I've read in a while, such a simple concept but the writing and presentation had me tense all the way through to the end.
