Usage notes
[edit]- Uncountable objects modified by paljon are in the partitive singular case, whereas countable objects are in the partitive plural.
- paljon can sometimes take a case ending as in the following example:
- Paljollako vähenee?
- How much will the reduction be?
- (literally, “By how much does/will it decrease?”)
- paljon is not used very commonly used with units of time.
