Requests

[edit]

I would like to request a page showing, in-depth, how to make a request for things, as I cannot figure it out. Move this to wherever is appropriate. 08:30, 10 July 2005 (UTC)

Add sub category for Maps?

[edit]

How about a sub category for requesting maps? With a template like {{reqmap}} RJFJR 14:42, 11 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

No feedback so I created {{reqmap}} and {{reqdiagram}}. I hope this doesn't cause a cascade of creations of new subcategories. Diagrams refers to images that are drawn to illustrate an ariticle. Like a diagram of how an air-conditioner works. It can also include graphs. We can always remove them if it was a bad idea. RJFJR 23:13, 12 November 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Reducing list size

[edit]

I'm working on getting this list down some. Anyone who wants to help is welcome to!--Esprit15d 14:39, 25 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Started to give this list some attention Traveler100 (talk) 12:56, 13 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Empty but after two weeks starting to fill again!

Images and Photos

[edit]

Do we really need to distinguish the difference? please see: Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Photography#Requests for Pictures, Images and Photographs Traveler100 (talk) 18:33, 7 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Actual list?

[edit]

It's far to obscure to get to the actual list of requested images from the community portal. Clicking on "more" should show more images which have been requested, not a tangle of guide pages. -Craig Pemberton 08:40, 26 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Is this what you are looking for? Category:Wikipedia requested photographs. Click on the main sub-categories.--Traveler100 (talk) 07:05, 28 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Articles without any image or picture

[edit]

I suggest track articles without an image or picture. And, using big data with Wikidate, see the most interesting for the Wikimediasphere (Commons, Wikipedia... as a whole). And make campaigns to upload these images. WikiProject Photography could help. BoldLuis (talk) 11:55, 19 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
