Discovery Family was a French family-oriented speciality television channel owned by Discovery, Inc. which launched on 14 September 2017.[1][2] In France, the channel was available exclusively to SFR TV subscribers, as a part of a deal between Altice (parent company of SFR) and Discovery.[1][2][3] The channel ceased operation on 29 March 2022.[4]

Unlike the American counterpart, the channel did not include programming aimed at children.
