Nice article
[edit]- Greetings, I have been on Wikipedia for a minute (maybe a little more) and write a lot of Louisiana (and surrounding states) articles, mainly historical. Somehow, I guess I have just missed Louisiana and Texas Lumber War of 1911–1912. At my age and advanced senior senility (deprecated word but so am I), I may have just forgotten, but it was a good read. I will likely tie other articles to it and try to find some more local sources. Anyway, thanks -- Otr500 (talk) 14:44, 2 November 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you kindly for the compliment. It's a fascinating era. I must admit that I did a large split from Grabow riot to make the article. The war had a lots of interesting characters and I would like to revisit it one day. Looking forward to seeing what sources you find. All the best, Meanderingbartender (talk) 12:35, 3 November 2024 (UTC)
