Turning myself in.

[edit]

I accidentally screwed up the article about smoke grenades. I don’t know what the heck I did, but that page is broken. So I am turning myself in as an unintentional vandal. Professor Penguino (talk) 13:26, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I undid your page move. (I think you could have done this yourself, since the redirect you left at Smoke grenade had no history other than your move.) Anyway, no problem. Deor (talk) 13:33, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you very much!
I did try to undo my own edit, but it kept saying the operation failed. All’s well that ends well! Professor Penguino (talk) 13:44, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
By the way, what I originally wanted to do was capitalize the first letter of the article. On my end at least, it looked like “smoke grenade” and not “Smoke grenade”. It didn’t work, so I thought it was a glitch. Instead I decided to move the article to another name first, and then move it to “Smoke grenade.” When I tried moving it, I got an error message. When I tried undoing my move, I got an error message. And that’s when I realized I screwed up. Professor Penguino (talk) 13:47, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Professor Penguino: Yes, for some reason there was a {{Lowercase}} template at the bottom of the article, and that's what was causing the title to appear as "smoke grenade" rather than "Smoke grenade". I've removed it. Deor (talk) 13:51, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you again! Professor Penguino (talk) 13:53, 12 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
