Use quotation marks to search for an "exact phrase". Append an asterisk (*) to a search term to find variations of it (transp*, 32019R*). Use a question mark (?) instead of a single character in your search term to find variations of it (ca?e finds case, cane, care).
You can stay informed about new publications on EUR-Lex related to saved searches, procedures or documents by creating RSS
feeds from different parts of EUR-Lex.
Sign in with your EU Login username and password.
Click My alerts (RSS feeds).
For each feed, you will see the following information:
the name of the feed (the same as its related saved search)
the scope of the search
a View search link to access the search summary.
To view a feed, click its name.
When signed in, you can create personalised alerts directly from a search results list.
Click Create in my alerts (RSS feeds).
Enter the name of the feed and a comment (optional).
Click Save to create the feed.
For each created alert, a saved search is added to ‘My saved searches’. These searches linked to alerts are flagged with a
specific icon .
You can add new alerts, up to a maximum of 100 (the limit for saved searches in the system).
When signed in, you can create alerts from your list of saved searches.
Go to ‘My saved searches’.
Select one or more searches using the checkboxes.
Click Set selected as alerts (RSS feed).
All the searches linked to an alert will be flagged with a specific icon .
When signed in, you can create alerts to follow a specific procedure.
Go to the page for the procedure you want to follow.
Click Follow this procedure in the left menu.
Enter the name of the feed (compulsory) and a comment (optional).
Click Save to create the feed.

case-law affecting the document
consolidated versions
related documents
documents mentioning this document
documents based on this document.
Click Save to create the feed.
You can also use predefined alerts for a number of predefined categories of documents and Official Journal editions.
