Stephen Graham (s. 3. elokuuta 1973 Liverpool, Englanti) on brittiläinen näyttelijä, joka on esiintynyt esimerkiksi elokuvissa Snatch – hävyttömät (2000), This Is England (2006) ja Public Enemies (2009) ja Pirates of the Caribbean: Vierailla vesillä (2011).
