The recommended way used in this article doesn't actually work, if you try to use listkeys() on a module output you get the error:

This expression is being used in an argument of the function "listKeys", which requires a value that can be calculated at the start of the deployment.

Just to add that I've been trying to get this working myself for a while now and not come up anything else that works. It would be great if the documentation for the linter error could provide a concrete solution.

It's an ongoing issue with using modules, see here for some discussion of possible/proposed solutions
