I've followed the instructions on the page, however, the assets (which are just letter models) are not swapping at all. I don't know if it has something to do with my project build settings, my models, or the way the MRTK in the scene is set up, but there aren't any type discrepancies as far as I can tell and this test scene doesn't have a lot of resources so I'm just curious what the issue could be...
