Moderate### Description

Currently, only the following permissions can be set in AC > Manage > Permissions > Moderate Permissions tab:
View deleted posts
permanently deleted
Moderator permissions (including editing posts by other users, deleting posts by others, changing post owner, locking, pinning, etc.)

I want to grant users only some of these permissions. For example, only topic lock permission. or only edit permission.

Would you be interested in supporting it?

It makes sense to split up the moderator privileges, although it would be difficult since there is quite a bit of logic that assumes moderator privilege is a single toggle.
