Fix workbook to make it clear when and what is being assigned for PaaS services #142

When configuring PaaS resources, it is not clear enough that you should select the service that you want to enable. Here it may be better to first have a drop down to select the service, and then list the resources that are enabled and not enabled. Also, workspace selection reads ‘Select AVD Log Analytics workspace’
