Bug description
Not able to control showing the section to an authenticated or anonymous user. I don't see the option to show a widget to the anonymous or authenticated user when editing it.
Expected behavior
I want to show a section on the home page only to an anonymous user. There used to be an option to select 'visible to'

Are you able to access the visibility button from here? Indeed, it looks like a bug that there is no icon, but this should not affect the functionality for now.
