Global Population Data Scraper

This Python script grabs population data for countries from the Worldometers website and updates a text file with the latest information.: Fetches Population Data: Gets current population numbers from the web. Updates File: Writes the data to a text file, updating only if there’s new info. Error Handling: Manages issues with fetching and saving data.

Tools Used: Python requests library BeautifulSoup library

How to Use: Clone the Repository: git clone https://github.com/yourusername/global-population-data-scraper.git cd global-population-data-scraper

Install Dependencies: pip install -r requirements.txt

Run the Script: python scraper.py

Files: scraper.py: The script that does the scraping and saving. countries_population.txt: The file where the population data is saved.
