Engraving bug (incorrect score rendering)

Bug description

When using rhythmic slash notation on a drum staff, stems are supposed to be down but are up for beamed notes

Steps to reproduce

1. new 4/4 score for drumset
2. enter snare rhythm: quarter, eighth-eighth, quarter, quarter
3. select measure
4. tools / toggle rhythmic slash notation

Result:

Workaround - set stem directions manually.

Yes, this used to work in MuseScore 3.x and now is broken

Additional context

I have verified this worked as expected for non-drumset staves, and worked for drumset staves in MU3. I am not sure if it worked in any previous MU4 release, but it was already broken by 4.1; I just didn't notice until recently.
