TabPanel displays wrong child widgets when setting language to Arabic #218

The TabPanel works well when setting language to english. I suspect the issue occurs with all rtl languages

To reproduce, build a TabPanel with few child widgets, set language to arabic (eg in the html file with gwt markup).

The problem is present also in seperdev mode

Mgwt-2.0.0-snapshot, gwt-2.7.0
