I'm not sure where to reach you other than here, so consider this a feasture request and pink card it if you want.
As you have the source for TopDesk, it would be very interesting to make a single GEOS family software kit and add a module to support TopDesk in the build.
Other than that, it is both fascinating and pleasing that the Berkley code is now available, and that people are working on it again. If I ever come across any of the Apple II stuff, I'll try to get it to you.

Thanks for posting this - I got immersed a little, and I love the idea of a GEOS software kit!
I just wanted to add this source https://www.lyonlabs.org/commodore/onrequest/geos/index.html#geoCom to point to a variety of tools that can be really useful when collecting a GEOS family software kit. Expecially the GeoCOM development pack could be an interesting start to get new programs done on GEOS from new programmers that are shying away from assembler ;)

The Megapatch 3.3 source is likewise available (https://gitlab.com/mkslack/Area6510/tree/master/doc/megapatch64_128/current ) and has a lot of useful driver support that should be considered.
