apt is not available on Mac OS and brew will need to be used instead. Current listed packages are not available on brew.

Hi @neil-oliver!
We have Dockerfile.

If you want to run it without container, try to ignore apt section, probably everything works fine if you only install requirements from requirements.txt.
If so, and if you have few minutes, please contribute to this section, we'll highly appreciate that.
