Deleting or Delisting Packages #37

I deployed Liget a few months ago as a replacement Nuget.Server and we have not been able to delete or delist packages. After deleting the packages still show up in the feed and on the site.

What is the expected behavior here?

This has become a major issue for us and we havent found a solution in Liget. So we'll be switching to Nexus OSS very soon

To achieve this you just have to remove the package row from the "Packages" table in the sqlite database.
