Fixed simple but critical mistake, forced to bump to v3.0.1

Bumped to v3.0.0 and made important changes.

- Updated README and ChangeLog to meet the latest release
- Added tons of new levels
- Fixed error on `BoardParser`, where it would "see" the level's
  width as two characters smaller
- Updated all previous levels to meet the above requirement
