Kermit 95 supports NetBIOS on OS/2 (or it should), C-Kermit 5A(191) supports NetBIOS on OS/2, MS-DOS Kermit supports NetBIOS on DOS...

Older versions of Windows provide NetBIOS so it should be possible at least for vintage builds of K95 to support it on Windows too. A start at porting the OS/2 code to Windows was made back in 1997 (cknnbi.c) but its not finished, and the NetBIOS code in ckonet.c (NetbiosListenThread) needs to be ported too.
