What happened?

In the picture 1, the only difference between them is the sequence of the code line 185 and 186. However, in the case 1, there is not a Panel showing on the bottom of the window

It seems like that a Scrollable will take all of the space when it is in the first index of a Column

What is the expected behavior?

When two widgets in a Column with different places, it can only affect its position not showing status
