Why? 
To have a working firmware without serial communication lags & errors between
movements.

Goals implemented:
- Stepper enable pins
- Support for DC motor extruder
- Add tonokip's thermistor table implementation


Current goals to do:
- Convert machine definitions to SI units
- Make this firmware multi-extruder ready
