Donations help to run the web servers 24/7 and to continually improve the code.
1st priority goes to hosting costs. Currently VedAstro is hosted in Microsoft Azure
as a Static Web App which reduces running costs, but it comes with reliability issues.
With support from users we hope to diversify the hosting platform for a more stable & reliable service.

👨‍💻 Programmer Costs

As of December 2022 more than 88,000 lines of code was written for this project not including documentation. That's an impressive number. The more code there is, the more testing & debugging that needs to be done. As such more developer/programmer work hours are required.
Every dollar donated goes a long way to help pay for this expenses.
