You probably know who I am, but if you don't I've been messing around with retro software since before it was retro. I started with the TI-99/4A in the mid 80's and never really stopped.
My prime interest was making games but I ended up making a lot more tools instead. My most well used tool would be Classic99 - a TI-99/4A emulator with permission from Texas Instruments to include ROMs.
My most widely publicized product was probably my fully licensed Dragon's Lair for the TI-99/4A, the culmination of a good decade of experimentation in graphics conversion. (It's no longer available due to the license expiring.)
I've many, many other projects - some full featured releases, and some merely experiments. I've shared as many as I could here. My license is not fully open, but in general you just need to ping me if you want to reuse something.

Select- Extra support - You could give a dollar, but you decided to give $10!
- In return, I will add your name or handle to the readme (or other documentation file of my choice) of the project of your choice, if you wish. Not sure why anyone would want that, but Github seems to think you might. Note that I am an old-timer ASCII sort and most of my docs are limited to 7-bit ASCII. Deal.
- Obviously, I reserve the right to refuse names that I may consider offensive or provocative
