This game is really awesome, I am currently working to port this game to retro arm linux-based handhelds via portmaster and I am wondering if you are okay with the distribution of the game via Portmaster, or would you prefer users to download the gamefiles from here directly?

We have a packager called gmloader which helps to run the data.win on arm devices. Have gotten it to work and so far it is running great in internal testing!

Man, this game totally slaps. I still can't beat the entire game because of my stupid baby fingers, but the sound design, cohesive ethereal aesthetic, and tight controls have had me bowing down in humility.
This is a really cool game! I love the different boss fights and how they all come together for a final boss :). The Phoenix boss was incredibly laggy for me though, in their final boss form and in their normal form.
Other than that really fun though! Cool mechanics and cool art style.
This is a amazing game! I love it. Just one question, for the final boss for the cloud segment what do I do??? I shoot fireballs but sometimes it takes health and sometimes it just shows a health bar with no changes. Do we do the same thing we did for the first cloud boss fight with the tornadoes?

Cool game ! Nice art and nice polish. I like how you mixed the mechanic in different boss fights. My only problem would be with signs & feedback. I would sometime get hit by some attacks and live and sometime die right away, I don't know if I had HP or something. Also I was unable to understand the cloud boss, it would sometime be hittable and I waste sure why and where to shoot at it, I manage to beat it with luck, but since I never ready understood how it works, I could could not beat the boss combining them because of the fact I didnt understand how the cloud boss works.
Thanks for taking the time to play! Yeah I should have just axed the fire. Hitting fire makes you pass out, and hitting boss things is a 1 hit kill. As for the cloud boss you can shoot fireballs into the tornado which in turn spin up and into the cloud to do damage, or you can use a spike on the lightning bolts to reflect them back at him to do damage that way. I definitely learned that I should convey my mechanics better from that jam. In the future I will probably just limit the mechanics so as to not make things too complicated. Haha. I would keep playing until I get it, but I am sure it will take me longer! I had to delete a lot of recorded failed attempts haha. Based on that, you might want to reduce the intesnity or give a hint to how to beat the bosses (in game I mean; in the help or how to play section! I know you posted a link for that in your game page).
The graphics are so good, even there is reflections of the character on the water! I was impressed to see that so accurate!
I loved the hype of the music and the intense sound tracks and sound effects! That helped a lot to put the fast-paced mood in the game.

I'm back, just a few things. I can't play any of the bosses apart from the last one as I think the game has saving? Really sucks there isn't a delete save button. I've also seen some other commenters say they couldn't figure out certain aspects, I'd advise not changing that. Part of titan souls is figuring out how to kill the boss, it's like a puzzle. Though if you want to change it that's cool.
Oh interesting! Good to know! Yeah I need to either add in a save delete feature. This initial upload is just basically the jam entry with a few crutial bugs fixed. I definitely need to update some aspects (like tweaking the boss fights). Sorry the game does that! I will look into this for sure! If you want to play from the beginning you can go to the %qppdata% folder on your computer and under 'local' you should see a folder with the game name. In that folder there should be a 'forgodden.dat' file you can delete. I will definitely get that ending fixed as well as add in a 'new game' option! Thanks so much!!
Oooo, I like this. It took me way too long figure out how to defeat the boulder thingy so that was pretty frustrating but other that that I really enjoyed it. Nice work,
This game does so many things right. The colors, the atmosphere, the controls, the camera. Buttery smooth.
Now I know I am on the super ultra minority here, but man, I hate that because I have 2 monitors, I lost a lot given that I exited the game window when moving the mouse around trying to aim XD.
Also, that bird boss is an asshole haha. Very well designed imo. One thing that took me some time to figure out was the floating boulders. I had no idea what i needed to do until I saw I put a spike out by mistake and it got hurt, then I was trying to hit it with it again but i saw no damage XD.
the only thing I found weird was beatin the game and having the white dude standing there doing nothing else. Is it a glitch or he just stares into my soul to assert dominance? XD.
You should be very proud of this game man. It speaks volumes of your dedication and game design knowledge. I should probably stop making so many platformer projects and try top down games too.
Keep it up!! One last request...and I know this is not easy to implement, but I'd love it if I could set keybinds and also a nice pause menu would be cool.
I'm stunned, best titan souls inspired game I've ever played, one of the best boss rushes also. PLEASE turn this into something bigger. Everything from the sound effects to the fast and frantic gameplay is perfect. Bravo, bravo!
dude... this is so good. holy cow. only thing that seemed odd is in the tutorial you can shoot fire from the start, even before you get to the fire tile. I think maybe it would make sense to gate the abilities until you get to each section?

Man i played both Titan Souls and Forgodden. they both SLAP (like sirously I love this type of games) ,but...they are missing something.

thanks! The best way to beat him on the cloud stage is to use the spikes to deflect the lightning back at the cloud. :)

Another thing! Beating final boss a second time makes the game repeat the final explosion over and over!
