Guild Software, Inc is an award-winning independent game developer based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Founded in 1998, the company has continually pursued the cutting edge in large-scale multiplayer environments. Developing the completely proprietary NAOS Engine™ from scratch, this resulted in the 2004 retail-store launch of the groundbreaking space MMORPG, Vendetta Online™ (online since 2002). In March of 2011, this game became the first traditional PC MMO to make the jump to mobile, launching on Android devices and taking center stage in Verizon's massive TV marketing campaign. In 2013, the game broke ground again, becoming the first MMO to support the Oculus Rift, and following this later with the title's 2016 debut as the first MMO for the GearVR.
Always looking ahead, Guild Software intends to leverage their proprietary technology and keep pushing the limits of MMO middleware, online game design and player involvement across an expanding base of platforms.
