Kelly Fish, originally from England, is a dual-qualified attorney under the laws of England and Wales and in the State of California. With 15 years of legal expertise, Kelly has an extensive background in M&A and commercial law, having trained and qualified with one of England’s top law firms before transitioning to in-house roles. Her in-house legal career spans banking, online product sales, and a decade within the cybersecurity industry.
Kelly is adept at mitigating risks and creating innovative legal solutions that align with the company’s strategic objectives. Her proactive approach to streamlining legal processes and fostering collaboration has enhanced the efficiency of contract reviews and the overall sales process.
Before joining IOActive, Kelly held senior legal positions at NCC Group North America, Boohoo.com, and The Co-operative Bank, where she successfully managed legal teams and led high-stakes negotiations. She also has extensive experience in dispute resolution, compliance matters and M&A transactions.
Kelly holds an LLB from The University of Manchester and has completed advanced leadership training delivered by Stanford University. Her commitment to driving business growth through strategic legal counsel makes her an invaluable asset to IOActive.
