loved this game would you be willing to release the source code id like to add some extra features like a map system or maybe increase the health so i can enjoy the scenery more. also arrows to point you to the nearest town. maybe even a way to zoom out more to see most of the map. I know you are done with this but i have to say this was the best short time made game I've seen in a long time. good work :)

Upon further playing the game (Literally after my last comments), I've found out you can absolutely turn other animals into slabs of meat, by putting them in cages (in empty campsites). Idk if it requires a certain time period to pass, or if you have to go far away enough from the campsite.

Also, It seems like abusing the Milk and Eggs can keep you alive much easier than foraging all the time.

Adding mobile arrows/buttons would be super nice.

Hey you have a great idea here, im sure there would be people willing to fund a patreon to have you either continue this game or reuse the assets for a different game on same engine/system.

Also yeah, reading some of the past comments, It'd be cool if there wasn't a "game over", but instead some sort of Soft Lock. Getting free would require timing (so you don't get recaptured), and depending on HOW you are captured, plenty of mashing. 

When you're captured, maybe there's different types of being captive? 

You could become a captive that's stuck in the tent of your owner.
You could be one that gets paraded around the village via rope or whatever.
And you could be one that, if you don't escape soon, could get butchered up for food (which would be the ACTUAL Game Over).

Following that up, if hunger isn't gonna deplete slower in future updates, what about being able to chop up other animals you find out in the wild (whether or not the village is required for this is up to you). You can feast upon your kills, or of course sell them like usual.

Combat right now is... serviceable. I've actually managed to fight back and WIN twice during my last playthrough, albeit barely.


And if we wanna get ahead of ourselves, the ability to purchase and own a tent in a village (and therefore receive a compass pointing to your tent at all times). There you can store food items you find/buy, you can store your captives, and you can... idk, chill in there? Maybe it can be a zone where you don't lose hunger, and you're completely safe? Kind of like another version of a pause menu.


Anyway, that's probably all I've got in terms of suggestions for now.
Hopefully you're still working on this game, for us who want to see more of it.

I'd honestly suggest a "Game Customization" option in the menu, for stuff like how fast hunger depletes, and how much button mashing is needed for escapes. Food spawns? Campsite numbers? Maybe even to increase or decrease the number of animals roaming around.


The game is enjoyable for a bit, but (and this is my opinion) the hunger depletes sooo fast, that it keeps me from doing much else in the game other than racing to find food. And the amount of mashing you need to do is actually insane. I mash FAST, and it can still take me up to 15 seconds to get free. If I'm anywhere close to a village, my fate is sealed. And I don't really get any scenes from it or anything either, so there's no reason to Want to get captured... yet?


Anyway, the game has potential. It just needs a lot of content, rebalancing, and reason for some of the things you can already do/have done to you

gave it a quick run and only had a few gripes so far,,, main one is the struggle system, way too much buttion mashing there not able to escape one. edit combat could use some work too.

Protector idea

so was thinking to fully mark my ideas it could be cool if each person was marked as a tribe when they spawn in if you try to fuck a person in tribe 1 while 3 other tribe 1 are around with no other tribes near they will defend their member and mate you untill you are unable to stand anymore at which point they bring you back to their camp and let everyone have their fun


i was just thinking this would be the counter to just jumping everyone you find as you would need to be carefull of whos around maybe they all have a set fur color or something so all white furs are tribe 1 with all black furs being tribe 5 or something

id also like to see two main things

1.the town grow as things devlop

also id love to see the town also not rape you unless you pounce one of them as i had leaped in the town and i think this triggered them

i could maybe imagian it being a peaceful place with if you rape one of their people then they all take their turn against you untill each has had their turn

2.slave camp

i think it would be cool to have our own little camp where we can train and breed people we find to make them worth more to the village

1.perks

examples

Transformation perks

plant a seed [male,female,futa{male-no pussy},futa{female-no balls replaced with pussy},peaceboy{males with a pussy instead of the normal}]

plant a seed would impregnate a person you breed with a dna seed this would change them over time into whatever your perk is [this is for people who only like getting raped by girls in my case but any gender can be chosen]

Dom

Dominate - a simple perk that always lands you on top and in control

Dom Aura - anyone who a dom can smell your aura and knows to stick far away from you unless they want to be pounded by you

Sub

Submisive - makes you always the slave in all sex interactions and you enjoy it

Submissive aura - you can smell a dom near by and this perk will help them find you as well [im thinking you could put a red string for the doms and a pink one for the subs to allow you to find someone you will enjoy breeding]


strength - makes you 1 level stronger

weakness - lowers your strength

im thinking we have visual lines where muscles form to show we are getting stronger or weaker and this could also be put in play to stop us from raping stronger people as they will either shove us off of them or even dom us instead

It's a good game as is, would like to download it if possible.

Would only change or add one or two things:

Could do with maybe having an ability to know where you/the towns/a camp would be, and maybe a little less button mashing for escaping. For the escaping, it might be good to also have an escape gauge.

Other than that, this game is fantastic, 8.5/10

This game seems kinda Interesting, unfortunately i don't have a PC or any keyboards i can connect to anything.

Is there any chance that there will be future alternatives for movement controls for other devices?

(also just gonna say, i do like the don't starve, kinda look the game has when you start it.)

If I'm aloud to go all-out with a hypothetical perfect version of this, I'd like to maybe see a mechanic where if the player isn't careful, they'll get addicted to eating c*m (I'll censor that juuust in case)

A little dark for my tastes, but well made.

Others have brought this up, but a compass of some sort, or even a Zelda 1 style map would be nice for navigation. When you get caught, enemies magically know where the towns are (there seems to be 2) but I just had to kinda guess and memorize, and I could never manage to do the latter ^^;

A gauge telling us how close we are to breaking out of an enemy's grip would be a good addition as well.

A pretty enjoyable game, but it would be really nice to see some expansion and refinement suggestions be added or modified like:

  •  Item crafting; clothing (lame i know) that opponents need to remove to get to the fun stuffs, ranged/melee weapons (can also find clothes and weapons randomly).
  • Personal inventory; letting you carry more than 1 item at a time would be great (possibly balance this with a max weight system?) also lets you equip/unequip clothing, tools and weapons.
  • Base/Town building; (Farming included) build your own "town" with materials you can find/hunt so you can have a safe place to grow crops, sleep, craft, and "enjoy" your "companions" without interruptions (for the most part). have raids that can happen at night (can have a personal tent to sleep and save/load games).
  • Day/Night cycle; for better immersion, (eg. harder to see along with more encounters at night).
  • Weather cycle; rain, snow, sun, fog etc. for better immersion that can affect the world like: rain can boost farming, snow slows all movement, and fog can change how far you can see in the distance.
  • Hunting/Fishing; hunt/fish wild animals for food/materials, (though water would need to be added for fishing).
  • Some type of map; it is a survival but you can get lost very very easily through not paying attention along with encounters.
  • Sprint button; would be nice to toggle sprint /walk for energy conservation and some form of "stealth".
  • More playable species; not a must but it would be cool to see more than 3 species.
  • Easier struggling system; plz! mashing isn't the specific problem but mashing WASD gets tiring after a while, maybe just mashing "A & D" with a visual bar to track your escape progress would be simpler.
  • Improved ai; characters do get stuck on trees and other items pretty easily.
  • Escape system (after you've been caught and sold); a playable mini-game called: Slave Mode where you can work for your owner until you can buy your freedom or escape.
  • Save system; would probably benefit every aspect of the game, Honestly it gets a little annoying restarting from the very beginning after being caught and almost destroying your keyboard trying (and failing) to escape.
  • Bigger generated worlds to support all of this would be nice (also justifies needing a map and a save system)

Besides a few bugs and nitpicks, I'd say It's a really good game concept with a ton of potential that with some work, can become a pretty good and interesting Furry lewd survival game. I hope to see this game getting expanded upon in the future! keep up the good work!<3

it would be alot better if we had a mini map showing where we are. as a play this for long i would like if they were farming and building your own town with other npcs who are friendly or not friendly. Giving a path to choose on how you play this game. mostly it maybe a good idea to put a du mode on how you want to play it. i wish there was a mode where they don't cage call free roam. where the npc still will hunt you down but it only to breed you or to steal your shit. oh and i am donating for hope of this game to get update. 6/10 mostly on how i rate it

Honestly pretty good concept, and well done for a game jam. If you are going to improve on this, here are a few things I would like to see.

  • Minimap that shows where food, people, cages, shop, etc are
  • Some pointer that shows you where the town is
  • Variable struggle length
    • Struggling should be easier when you are full and harder when you are hungry
  • Sprint that consumes hunger but allows you to catch up with/run away from animals (since every animal runs at the same speed)
  • Randomly generated maps (I didn't play long enough to see if the maps were generated randomly or not, but didn't seem like the case from what I could tell)
  • Proper attacks instead of a single dive
  • Ranged attacks like rocks or arrows
  • Enemies that look different from the animals you play as
    • Like a deer that only runs away and can be sold for high amounts
    • Or a wolf that only hunts but doesn't sell you
  • Sound effects and bgm
  • More ways to use slaves
    • Maybe slaves can help you hunt for food or bring in new slaves if you decide not to sell them. Or maybe there is a collar item that makes the slave follow your orders when put on them?
  • Slave mode?
    • Instead of resetting, maybe your money is taken and your character gets chained in the hut and can try to escape before dying? Thinking something like when you get captured in Kinky Dungeon, if you've played that game before. If you make more ways to use slaves, maybe you can earn the trust of your master by completing tasks until you get an opportunity to escape.

Overall base concept is good, just needs more meat.

-A visible health system, because the attack just randomly decides if it works- on both you and the enemy. Doe you have three hits? 2? 1 that refreshes whenever the code gods decide?
