In what way does your game fit the theme?
The more allies you have, the more options you have
Did you write all the code yourself and made all the assets from scratch?
I made all of the code myself and used art/sound from the Unity asset store.

Thank you everyone for taking time to play this game! Means a lot to me and I loved the feedback. I had a blast playing other peoples games!
Really enjoyed playing this. I always had to push my brain and thus it always kept me engaged which very few games can do.. well done
Really fun game. Spend quite a lot of time on this one :D
I did find the other pieces not nearly as good as the king, so I just sacrificed them and went super op with the king.
Well done!
This was an interesting game! I found that once I figured out the movement patterns of the enemies all I needed to do was pump my king up with all the drops and he could kill pretty much anything. The chess like movement system was really nice though and I thought it worked really well for the game. Really good entry!
Nice game! This was actually somewhat addictive to me. Really good game loop. One of the big issues I had was that my allied characters would just die right away because I could not give them attention at the risk of damaging my king. It was more effective to just move my king around the board. I think that the player should be able to move all of its pieces every turn. This might slow the game down and make the player overpowered but I think it would be interesting similar to 'Into the Breach' where the puzzle would be how to not let pieces get in the way of one another. The sounds were also really nice. It's cool to see other strategy games, check out the little strategy game made as well :)
Haha funny you mention that I'm testing a version where the player can move multiple pieces right now! Thanks for the in-depth input! (Checking out your game rn)
Overall quite good. I really liked the strategy, and had fun trying to get far. Some hotkeys for character selection would be nice though. I really liked the wizard, his damage scaling with time, but spent when he attacks. Great idea
Yeah the wizard is one of my favorite pieces. That's a great idea with the hotkeys though would help with the mass amount of clicking required.
Really neat game! It's a bunch of fun even though I'm not great at it haha. Having a bit more explanation of the tile numbers would really help. Pretty easy to pick up though and fun to play!
Super fun twist on chess. It was quite challenging at times, but not crazy difficult. Only problem I had is that the game kept crashing after playing for a while, but may have just been my browser.
No I wrote it in the description below that there's a specific action that will sometimes crash it. Thanks for playing though!
You have a very cool game! I loved playing the game, maybe a little tutorial would be great, and i love the graphics ! Keep going !
Also, if you could play and rate my game!
It ran smoothly, you could have explained the numbers a bit more, sometimes I took damage when i didn't expect to and vice versa. Otherwise good job!
This is a mix of chess and RPG progression with allies. As a fan of strategy games and RPGs, I think this game is superb and deserve good ratings! It's quite addicting and even though I kept dying, I wanted to keep playing.
Really interesting mechanics. I like the turn based gameplay but on a grid. Wish there was music in the background with the sound effects.
Kind of regretting my decision not to add any background music (since I like to listen to my own music) but I should of made some for the game and then just add a mute button to appease both audiences. Thanks for the feedback!
You man participated in the stream and it was cooool. The game is also coool so hope you will polish it
I lasted about 15min. I really enjoyed playing, it felt very strategic, with time you pick up on the enemy movements and predicts them. Love the fact that you used chess piece movements. My suggestions are about balancing. I found that after a while my king was pretty strong, but any new ally I got was quite weak. They arrive with ~4 atk whilst my king had 8 and the enemies were having ~21+ health. This together with the fact that I could only move one of my characters in the turn made me kinda forget about the allies and use only the king. Also, man coins are pretty scarce I liked the fact that this made me value them a lot more. I'd often take damage for a coin. Make the allies follow the difficulty level and you got yourself a really nice mechanic. Again, amazing game. :D
I agree with the balancing after seeing more play tests I probably would have removed the health scaling from enemies and the sword item in order to make each piece have its strengths. The wizard piece is definitely a highlight since he gains attack when you're not using him. I tried to do the same with the knight having him kind of act like a tank. Awesome in depth feedback though really appreciate it!
Loved the concept of this game. Was really fun and exciting. Maybe add background music but otherwise really fun game!
Yeah I was debating on adding music but figured people may just want to listen to their own music while playing. Thanks for the feedback on that though I was curious!
very strong concept
I really liked the game, even though i'm really bad at it!
Great to hear it! And I'm glad there's a challenge
I really like this! You should definitely add a guide to what the stats mean, because I have no idea what they do or how to hit an enemy without getting hit.
Thanks for the feedback and thanks for playing!
I LOVED the sprites for this game. It was so clean. Maybe a little more explanation on the number system in the guide? It took me a little while to figure out how to navigate it. But that could just be me.
Darn I should of put more things in the guide. Thanks for the feedback though!
