I really like the idea, it reminds me of those educational programming games where you give a character instructions to go from A to B, but made to be an actual game. The artstyle is awasome.

Edit:

I forgot about that while writing the initial comment, but I love that the start button is also the tutorial.

It's freakin' hilarious in every aspect, good job!

The art style is amazing and mechanic is clever. I liked it ^^

Great game! Cool idea, I really enjoyed playing! Btw, loved how the start button makes the player to learn the main mechanic, it's brilliant idea!

This is so much fun!

I like the main mechanic!

well, this one's a gem ahah! well done, really liked both the mechanic and the style!

It's probably not very intuitive for folks, but I really like the main mechanic. The art style is great as well. Good job with this, looking forward to seeing where you take it!

Havent rated yet, but I genuinely cant start the game. I read these comments and I have pressed every button and also tried to click and drag every thing on the entire screen into the like, starting box i presume. I feel like a game critic here who just cant get it, but hopefully its a bug so im not embarassed.
But yeah, how do I start this game lol. Will review once I can actually play it

Developer

Lol was afraid that might happen. You start by dragging the play button into the slot. Should probably add a better explanation:)

I dont see a play button at all though? Let me screenshot lol

Okay when I went to screenshot it was there. It literally was not there and i refreshed SOOOO many times before now.
Oh well, will come back with review lol

Definitely a storm before the calm type game. Lovely concept and execution.
Still confused about the bug I experienced because I am so not schizophrenic that button was NOT there lmao.
As for other things, the scenes are not consistent how they play out. Sometimes repeating the same order of actions 5 times would have me winning in some, losing in others. Probably an engine physics thing.

Regardless, ive rated like 30-40 games so far, and this is probably my 2nd or 3rd favorite concept wise. Very cool

Wow this art style rocks! I really like how I could get right into it with no tutorial, the gameplay explains itself very well (especially with the start button). The biggest complaint that I have is that it's too short, would love to see more!

Submitted

This was super fun but just a bit short obe or two nore levels would have gone a long way. Also its a bit hard to predict where the enemies will land so maybe a line showing the trajectory would be good

Submitted

Really enjoyed it. I do have a big problem with it though. It's much too short. I need more levels. This game was innovative fun and refreshing

Really loved the art style and how its integrated into the itch.io site.

It was a bit short but I liked it! The theme implementation could use some work though
