Fun game! At first I thought the buildings were shelters and you had to place and protect those shelters.

Great concept. But very unclear how to properly defend the cave, they come in from random directions so placing defenses is just all over the field when they spawn in since the first defense option doesn't even kill them when they go over it, maybe increasing the health of the enemies over time gives you more to process in the early rounds.

Loved the setting! Interesting game :)

Very interesting game. I liked the gathering mechanics, they were very intuitive and innovative. I wish it was easier to know where the enemies are gonna go, but other than that, great!

Tower defense is definitely  a classic fit for calm/storm duality. However it lacks many QoL features and because of this it would be absolutely  unfair to make it harder, but without it it is not challenging. The setting is pretty fun, so with some polish it will be great.

Hee-ho. Interesting idea. Nice game

That was an interesting gameplay experience! Tower defense with interesting twist what you need to gather resources while you're building. Nice art and cool tower ideas.

Feedback time:
- it wasn't obvious for me what it's a tower defense until wave came out. Even when I started to realise what I'm playing a tower defense game I wasn't sure which place I should to protect and from where enemies will come. Visual clues about routes can help with that.
- I wasn't sure what to build at the start of the game. Game give nothing to little info about how towers work and how they are different. It's crucial to give a player enough info to allow players to plan their defense
- it wasn't very obvious how you should gather resources. Happily it was intuitive to try and I'm glad what it happens automatically when close enough
- UI about tower cost wasn't recognized at first glance. I discovered the cost only when I deliberately tried to figure that out
- This game rewards player inactivity. The gameplay loop is basically: stay near the wood/rock -> wait -> build tower -> move to next resource. From this loop 90% of time is waiting. It's a hard gameplay task to fix in that game. While some game like Plants vs Zombie can be described as similar but that's not true. In other games player generate resources during the wave automatically/by killing enemies or by placing some towers aka flowers which allow to have enough resources to react when some of their defenses not work during the wave income. In this game player is bound to the resource placement and can't move while will not gather enough resources to build
- for myself I found the most expensive stone tower is to be more powerful than others. When I created stone wall with them near the "enemy's goal" I was just watching how enemies stumble in them and died. I wasn't sure when difficulty progression exponentionally jumps to change this tactics so I found no reasons for that. Usually in games like that there are different types of units and each tower works better on some things and other towers work with other enemies. Also, issue about not enough info about towers (maybe there is a meaningful tactic to use other towers) will not let me discover those tactics.

I liked to play this game! This was interesting one to play and to think about. Thank you for this submission!
I hope you enjoyed your game jam experience :)

Cool game, just wished there were more sounds and wished that I could switch between buildings by scrolling the mouse.

Great game just felt that you dont get enough info about building and UI was underdeveloped! Great game otherwise

Simple, charming game! I really enjoyed it :)
The significance of each building isnt communicated very well, after I learnt that they all shoot bullets, things got repetitive fast. It was still a joy picking up resources to expand my fort, so there’s definitely room for much more to be built on top of what you’ve already got!

Great resource gathering mechanics and atmosphere with smooth gameplay. Could improve by adding variety to avoid repetitiveness and refining the UI.

Also can you rate our game? THX!

At first, I didn't realize we had to run up to the stone and wood, and it would auto-collect the resources. Once I figured that out, the gameplay was fun. I enjoyed placing traps and setting up walls for the enemies to avoid. Great entry. And the music was nice - calm and storm. Nice job!

Made me cackle out loud in a lecture like a maniac. loved it 10/10

Cool tower defense type game and bonus points for a theme pun that wasn't clam.

I really liked the concept of this game and I feel this could be extended in so many ways, good job!! :)

Feedback:

I wish you could click on the UI, since pressing Z or X to switch between buildings was a bit confusing.

Cool game! i enjoyed :)

Cool game but it sure was repetitive and soon got boring, perhaps you could make a very big wave and end the game on day 2 or 3; I quit on day 4 as I thought it would just keep going (I am clueless about that). I liked the music and animations, nice entry!

Pretty good graphics, but the UI could use some work. Also both phases seemed to take forever; maybe a timer would help keep track of time (though I suppose that would make it slightly less realistic)

Nice artwork and music and gameplay is fun and enjoyable.

I love the intro at the beginning!
