How does your game fit the theme?
The game revolves around you as the player scaling THE WALL. On top of this you scale your ship up to further progress your climb to the top. The scale of this wall is far beyond anything you would imagine, stretching far out of the atmosphere.

Banger game. Very relaxing and very cool to slowly build your ship to greatness. Although, ironically, personally THE WALL actually ended up feeling a bit too short lol. Still amazing tho
Very cool and relaxing, I didn't understand from the start that you had to grow your own trees (I thought somehow the wood would come from the sky), but when I started managing my ressources it was smooth sailing through the skies. Great entry, I enjoyed my stay
Fun little casual game. A bit too easy in that there really isn't anything that needs to be done and you'll still eventually win.
A good change of pace from the rest of the jam games I've tried so far
Also, the intro text takes a bit too long in my opinion
Glad you enjoyed it! And thanks for the feedback
I wasn't expecting this to be so easy haha. Simple and casual gameplay. Maybe to make it a bit more challenging have archers in windows of the walls or something or falling objects to avoid. Anything to make it give the player a sense of satisfaction when completing the game.
I had initially planned for having some sort of threat which would pop your balloons but I didn’t get around to adding it. I really like the idea of adding threats to the wall itself though!
Like other people in this comment section, i wish the game was longer
I think mygame might suffer from the same problem...
Very chill gameplay, these are always the most dangerous for me, I'll zone out.
Good work!
Good idea, super chilled!
I WISH THIS GAME WAS LONGER ! its very fun to speedrun it, if it was like 3 times as long it would be amazing. As of now it doesn't feel like you can scale your build much sadly. But still pretty fun!
It's a fun concept and the style is great, but it's not that meaty, content-wise. Getting to the end felt more like "Oh, that's it?" rather than a "Yay, I did it!". Like other people mentioned, it'd be great if there was more pushback and complexity, though the more relaxed feel definitely does have its merits, and ideally you could find a happy medium between the two.
I also think the resources could also have clearer icons. I thought the asteroid rock material was log, and wondered why I couldn't place down a cloudmaker for a while.
Honestly very relaxing and beating it was satisfying even though there wasn't much risk.
Glad you enjoyed it!
It's a really relaxing game. Love the concept! Just my personal opinion, but I feel that it could have been more engaging/fun, if there was a negative cost/risk throughout the journey. Additionally, I think it would have been really great if there were some simple prompts about how/where objects could be placed, since that took some tinkering to figure out the correct placements/usage.
Thanks! There’s a lot I wish I could have done or changed in retrospect, especially some of my early design decisions. Which is motivating me more and more to give it all another try in a post jam version. Really glad you enjoyed it though and thanks for the feedback!
It's a really neat concept, and I feel like you've got something really incredible here. I'm a sucker for these kind of games and art styles, and I can't wait to come back to this :)
the concept is great and the art style is super cute, but gameplay wise not sure is theres any risk of not reaching the top?
Glad you liked the concept and art! There isn't any risk of reaching the top, and the game can not be lost. Think of it as something like cookie clicker where progress is constant its just about speeding up that progress. However, I do feel that I should have punished the player more for not building anything, and further incentivized expansion.
A short but complete game with a relaxed feel. It is not always clear if/when you can place things. The font is a little hard to read. It could be better if there are incentives to building your airship in more interesting ways.
Thanks for the feedback! I totally agree that I should have incentivized the player to expand more.
really cool concept! i could see this becoming an entire incremental game haha the intro is a bit too long and i think some more resources would’ve been nice, but 96 is a rough deadline (: great job!! please rate our game if you get the chance
Thanks! glad you thought the idea was good. There was so much more I had wanted to add, but time got the best of me. I'll make sure to check out your project as well!
