Ok, that's addictive, and it was more fun than expected! It would be nice to have a leaderboard.

since I have a 21/9 screen I was able to swing the dice very well and reach a score of 420 points.

I like how you turned the theme of rolling the dice into a launcher game. I hope you continue to work on it post-jam :)

258 was my highscore.

This is a neat and addictive little experience and it's fitting to the theme, the mechanic however is not purely unique to dice. How about multiplying with the rolled number, just for some chaotic flavor?

Regardless, good job!

Fun and simple! Would love to see some other mechanics or upgrades to throw the dice even further!

The dice side doesn't seem to be affecting the game, but that was pretty addictive.

Yeah, the dice face you see is purely cosmetic. It was a fairly late addition (around the time of the falling dice on the title screen) that I added in an attempt to give the game a little more visual flair. There's no mechanically relevant RNG in the game. I figured that was going to be a common interpretation of the theme, so I intentionally avoided it.

 That is understandable!

Fun little game! I played it quite a few times but could only get to 146 because I was using a trackpad, lol. Would be fun to see some extra mechanics to make it a little more interesting. Nice work!

That was fun. Simple, but fun! It reminded me of some of the old Flash games I used to play. If you could add some upgrades to this, like allowing a double jump mid-air or some upgrades to how well the dice flies or bounces, it could have some more longevity. My high-score was 289 after a few times btw, curious to see what other people have managed to achieve. Nice game!

Very fun idea! Definitely satisfying to try and optimize to figure out the best method. Needs a little bit more polish but its good!

This was a pretty cool idea for a little game... I won't point out the obvious like sound and art, however, it also doesn't seem like the roll of the dice matters, it's basically cube thrower at this point. I managed to get 376, it was pretty fun trying to come up with the best strategy (I went top right once, then bottom left then top right full speed). There was also actually a bug where I seemed to clip out of the wall before rolling when I spun the die around haphazardly, and when I threw it, it would decelerate and never seem to end. It was a pretty fun game tho, would've liked if there were more to the game, but this was still impressive for 2 days.

Pretty fun hypercasual game. Played it longer than expected. Good job!

I struggled a little with actually releasing the die at first; I think it's because I released my click outside of the small window initially. Worked fine once I played in fullscreen. The gameplay is basic, but relatively enjoyable. Nice job!

Loved it! It would have been fun to introduce a little bit of randomness, maybe depending on the face which the die lands on? Good job!

Simple, yet addictive! I like these type of games! The controls are on point! The physics make sense and are predictable! Very well done! A few sound effects and a soothing background music and it's all set!

A bit simple mechanically, but still fun to play!

Hit the sandbag from Super Smash Bros. Melee has nothing on this :P

Pretty simple, but fun concept... Maybe the number on the dice could have been made more significant? Good job, nonetheless!

Congrats on finishing the jam !

With the spining technique Moorington mentioned earlier in the comments (but not bugged)

404 - not found :P

I managed to get 251 - a very satisfying little game, if simple. I would've loved some more ways to interact with the flying dice, like bombs or something.

When I was first coming up with the idea, I had the idea of an "accuracy" mode where you have to hit a target, but I ended up spending time on other things and didn't get around to it. If this wasn't a time-constrained game jam, I'd probably have added it, but I still feel like the core of the game is all here without it, so I don't regret not prioritizing it.
