It’s such a shame this isn’t 64x64 pixel resolution, because this could get really addictive!
This game a lot of fun! The egg-shooting mechanic is a great fit. The game ramps up in difficulty quite quickly, so it was very fun imo. Also, more visual feedback on getting hit would be useful. Great job overall!
Pretty neat! Quite hard :D Could use more juice!
While it is not strictly 64x64 (it has sub-pixels and rotating pixels going on (and some sprites seem to be scaled by a non-integer factor)), it was still fun to play. Losing the game (i.e. getting hit) feels a bit off because the chicken continues to behave as if nothing happened after it, the only instant(-ish) indicator seems to be darkening of the screen.
I like that you can shoot the bullets and that the whole gameplay is controlled with only two buttons. :) I would suggest to making some buttons on the keyboard (and maybe even gamepad) do the same, so the player can pick a preferred input method. :)
Yo this game is addicting the unexcepted gravity mechanic was so fun for bullet hell type game. You have got some game design talents! Good job!
Just Played Cluck Chicken Cluck! The gameplay is super intense and fun! Somthing I would have changed is how fast the game ramps up in difficulty, maybe making a tad bit easier at the start so players can learn the controls before it goes crazy.
